It seems that the "Return to active duty" Avatar award (the N7 helmet) has not unlocked for me (as in, my Avatar award list says only 1 out of 2 Avatar awards have been unlocked). "Odd", I thought, since I could swear I'd seen the multi-car pileup of an ending once upon a time, and thus completed the prologue (/"returned to active duty").
My OC interest piqued, I dug ME3 out of its exile and rushed through prologue no less than twice to see if that award would unlock.
Nope.
It didn't.
I even wandered around Mars trying to throw Commander Shepard off a cliff to give the pseudo-achievement ample time to arrive, but it didn't unlock.
Anybody got any suggestions for how to fix this?
I know avatar awards aren't important, but I'm a little OCD about collecting things on Xbox and if I had to sit through the ending then I want maximum Xbox collectibles to show for it.
(Note: This is not one of those bajillion cases where somebody says "my avatar awards don't work", before downloading them in the avatar creator. There is no option to download the helmet in avatar suite, for it is locked. There is no recognition of the N7 helmet being unlocked in the Xbox Live Guide. Whole 'nother issue.)
