I pre-ordered the N7 Collector's Edition and got a code for the N7 Warfare Gear (N7 Defender armour, Argus etc) and it worked fine for the first few play throughs.  I started a new game on Sunday (22/6/12) and noticed the items aren't available.  They are still available in my old saved games though.  The pack is still listed in my registered game content and still listed as installed on Origin.  Other bonus items such as the N7 hoody and weapons, the items from Kingdoms of Amalur demo and the Indra are working fine.

Does anyone know how to reactivate this?  Origin doesn't give the option to reinstall/repair it the way it does with other DLC.
