If I hook up with Morrigan, do I lose the option to hook up with Lelianna?

To get with Leliana later you will have to break up with Morrigan first. Can't have both at the same time unless you glitch the game.

You don't loose the "option", but if you go to Lelianna and go down that path with her she'll make you choose between her or Morrigan.
