 it's been a week!!!! always tells me "sorry this service is temporarily unavailable(time out)", I still don't have my com pack for Mastiff and now I have no where to ask it for, what the..........????????

You can try to follow the advices in my guide. There is a fic for the problem you have that works for most people. You can find it in my signature.

Humm, two days now that I've been having the same "time out" message.. Can't login to ea help center. Same reason too, i always have to contact an agent to get the commendation pack. Use to login there fine all the time. Only thing I did different recently was to change my origin ID don't know if thats the problem.

@ Horacio the time in which they (ea help agents) can give u a commendation pack expires. Since op Mastiff there has been op Savage... chances are u will never get the one for mastiff and if this isnt fixed soon we may miss savage too.

I checked the recommended guide above.. didnt see the page asking about a master ID but i guess login from ea.com may have done the trick. Was finally able to login to ea help and get the com pack sorted out. Still hate having to do that everytime i'm to get a com pack tho.

Got this message too. Also Live chat in Origin doesn't works for me.. I'm trying to click on Live chat button and nothing happens. 
So, need some help.
