Ice Queen (H.I.) - Proving the class is currently a master of all trades, this Infiltrator build is great at the one thing Infiltrators are supposed to be weak at:  crowd control.  With an area disable and debuff that is CB only having a 2 second cooldown, this should be cast twice for every Cloak.  Typically I'll Cloak while sprinting towards enemies, freeze/debuff the first cluster as I run by, freeze/debuff the next group while unloading the Hurricanes clip close range.  They all die and I re-Cloak.  Now I look back to the first group I CB'd and ran by.  If my allies have not yet finished them off but are still focused on them, I'll use my first CB to re-freeze and then move on to the next cluster.  Basically with two CBs every Cloak, this H.I. can both consistantly control/debuff one group and debuff/kill another group simultaneously.  FYI, throw on a SMG Rail Amp III and AP Rounds III, a CB'd gold Ravager dies in under a clip.

Turian Sentinel - Having rebuilt this guy endless times over the months, lately I've settled on this versatile build.  Overload bring brought only to rank 4 may seem like a sin, and considering how much I use the power it may very well be, but it does exact what is needed, stunning two mooks so they can die under a hail of Harrier fire.  Warp is used for all the great utility you can think of; debuff large targets, weaken armor and barriers, and when possible set-up or set-off max biotic explosions.  Tech Armor at rank 4 is utilized for an emergency stagger when swarmed or to finished off mooks to save Harrier ammo.  It has the shortest cooldown of the T.S.'s three skills.  Even at just rank 4, it can still provide a quick buffer of 35% DR (more than some other shield skills maxed out) when running for a revive/ammo/objective.  Turian Veteran is maxed out for weigh capacity because the Harrier does not need any more stability, and to keep Warp and Overload at 3 second recharge rate.

Human Engineer - not much different than my previous go-to H.E. layout (that had one more rank in Fitness and one less in CD), this build takes advantage of the recent buffs to Combat Drone's death explosion.  It's a distraction and a 660 damage over 5m grenade that only has a 1.6 second cooldown.  This allows me to keep my bread and butter power skills while still having the little bit extra shields I prefer over what I feel is the much too slow and therefore much unneeded Drone attacks.

There are quite a few other race/class combinations I enjoy more than these, but i wanted to share more unique layouts.

I use this for just about everything. Somewhat useless at long-range, unless I add a Carnifex X, he does high damage at close range thanks to the Reegar + Berserker Package. On Gold, I only Cloak to get to objectives and assist teammates in trouble, as well as spamming grenades at groups of enemies. Approx. 97% cooldown, so it's not terrible. I gave the Reegar Thermal Clips and HCB.

I've been experimenting with this one for a while, and it's coming along nicely. No specs to Nova, so I'm not Charge>Nova spamming. 156% cooldown, but it's only temporary until I can get my Carnifex (or Talon) to X. She has average health/shields, but with the Headshot spec + Carnifex/Talon + Shockwave, she's deadly at any range. Carnifex/Talon has Thermal Clips (I sometimes switch to Scope) and Extended Barrel mods.

Pretty good defensive class build, but very squishy. I use the Falcon with Cryo rounds to freeze groups of enemies, then I Overload them. My turret does decent damage, but it's main priority is for it to be right next to you and your teammates (especially on Gold) so it can heal you/them every few seconds. This build has a 70% cooldown. I keep a GPSMG handy for tearing through shields and in the chance that the Falcon's rounds are empty. Falcon has Thermal Clips and Extended Barrel, GPSMG has Ultralight Materials and Thermal Clips.

Marksman is key to this build. 'Nuff said. Oh, and Proximity mine does massive damage on this build. 100% cooldown. GPR has Thermal Clip and Extended Barrel, Carnifex has Piercing Mod and Extended Barrel.

Salarian Infiltrator (Non Sniper Build):

After TC rank 6 damage nerf coz of noobtubers overly fond of Krysae it wasn't possible to get one shot body shot kills with Black Widow X unless SI takes rank 4 Salarian Operative 7.5% Weapon Damage bonus. So I experimented a bit and found out a Pistol/Shotgun build that is just as effective if not more than TC pre nerf.

Weapon #1: Reegar Carbine X with Damage Barrel V and Shredder Mod V (Main role vs boss units if they come close)
Weapon #2: Talon X with Damage Barrel V and Pistol Scope V (can take out low level non boss enemies nicely)
Weapon Amp: Shotgun Rail Amp III
Gear: Shotgun Amp V
Ammo: Incendiary Ammo Rank II-IV
Armor Amp: Power Amp III

Tried it vs gold cerberus on FB glacier with randoms and Reegar Carbine with Incendiary Ammo IV after a TC proxy mine debuff melted an Atlas in seconds.

This build should allow for run and gun style with reegar carbine as well as camping style with scoped heavy pistol.

Doesn't change my Ice Queen above.  CB still cools down quick enough for her double freeze needs.
