Tries to please the fans too much... honestly and not sarcastically:
I like the original ending more now and I think I can appreciate the "artistic" part of the original ending - leaving things open to interpretation

Example: That is -NOT- what my Shepard would do if he took control of the Reapers... at least I can head-canon what I would be doing as Papa-Reaper with the old ending... now... well... Shepard had to become a babysitter for the entire freaking galaxy in the control ending.
