because bf3 expansion got released midnight, but me3 ec doesnt doesnt go live until origin does there update of teh store which is noon in NA which is roughly 4-5 hours away from now

this is also because DICE is a direct 1st party developer for EA while Bioware is a Third party developer for EA

Bioware are a first party EA developer.

EA owns Bioware.

Expect it in the evening, BioWare usually releases DLC for pc betweens 10 AM - 12 PM Alberta time.

I dunno. My guess is 2 to 3 hours. That's what I consider "few" to mean, mathematically speaking. And by mathematically, I mean guessing.

I don't get it. Why wouldn't they just release it at 00:01 AM PST so it could be downloaded about everywhere on the world on the day it was supposed to be released!

As it stands, releasing it at 11PM is just so ridiciously late that it might've said that EU release is on Wednesday...

I agree. I think they could have been a little smarter with their release planning. Finish all the versions, release it everywhere all at once. They could delay a few days for some systems to do this and it would have been fine. Just failure to plan on their part.

The good thing is after the fact this probably won't even be remembered. Its still a customer satisfaction issue they need to learn from for later though. Such a simple thing to do correctly.
