I'm in the UK and I've tried downloading it from xbox.com (as it wasn't on the Xbox Marketplace), in my Active Downloads it says "Assigned to other console", I did have another console, but not any more and I'd already transferred the licences ages ago to my current console, but when I try to cancel the download I get the 80150101 error.

UPDATE - After turning my Xbox off for a while and then starting up the game, it is now downloading properly...the only thing is I forgot that I deleted all my ME3 save games on Xbox, though I am still waiting for it to become available on Origin (yes, luckily I have ME3 on PC too).

ah have you turned off  the  auto login into EA servers?  in the options menu.

if so the way I fixed that issue month + now.  was to disable internet and start up ME3  go to options and turn on auto login to ea servers. 
then exit out reenable internet and start up ME3.


if this does not work.  make a topic titled " have reenabled auto login to ea servers and it stuck on checking for DLC."   Or contact EA support they may be able to help.   there are also a few topics about this in this section of the forums.

I am so frustrated! Besides the "checking downloadable content: crap issued I've had for the past couple of weeks, I downloaded the EC yesterday and ended up replaying the same **it ending without anything happening!

I really don't know what to do....

I have exactly the same problem, I left it for an hour straight and it still wont load
