How do you convert a .gda file to .xls?

I want to look at 2da_base.gda, how do I view it, or convert it to .xls?

Or you could go to C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\tools\\Source\\2DA to look at the source XLS files that were included with the toolset. Sometimes they've got comments and whatnot that get stripped out of the compiled GDA.
