They adressed the main points people were complaining about. The plot holes, the closure, what more do you want?!

Only gripe I have is your EMS is still only numbers, you don't see your war assets in action but I can live with that. And who knows, maybe BioWare will bring out DLC for that. 

But stop complaining guys! The EC was good, I felt satisfied. you should too, because BioWare made an effort.

You just want perfection. You're not going to get it. No game is perfect. Just accept that and enjoy it for what is is. Stop reading so deeply into everything, you come off as a whiny nerd.

Well no they didn't, the plot holes and bad writing is still there. Also stop whining about people whining. Non constructive thread.

I can only speak for myself, but any ending in which the Starkid was still involved is by definition "terrible." I didn't need an explanation or extra dialogue to make me feel otherwise. I'm done with ME ...

Okay, so why *does* your team abandon you at the end? How does the Normandy end up on the battlefield? Why does Harbinger not blast it to smithereens? Why does Harbinger just leave? Why does Joker follow an order that'd make him abandon Shepard? Why does Garrus, of all people, encourage him to leave? How does shooting a tube destroy the Reapers? How did Shepard know that that's the way to activate that particular function? Who'd construct it in such a fashion?

Seems to me they did exactly what I feared: instead of ditching all the terrible stuff, they tried to stitch it together - and inevitably failed.

EC fixed anything. No awnser to the plothole, and a little more plothole.

We all have expectations. The EC is only "C" for a trilogy. All it says is "The ME universe still exists and we can all get along. Don't be surprised if we have some story DLC and ME4 coming."

Agree with OP. But creating this thread was actually not nessecary unless you wanted to be flamed. In any topic / subject / game there will always be those who pictured how things are supposed to be in their heads, and when the real thing doesnt live up to it, they blame everything but their own damn impossible expectations.

Just the nature of things i suppose cause people are so bored nowadays they get a kick out of criticising anything.

I say well done bioware, and personally my faith in the ME series is restored.

Well, the good part about the EC is the whiners are saying they're leaving finally. Whether or not they really are we have yet to see, but if they go, then real conversation can be had again!

Drama queens, gonna be drama queens they will run with the haters who love to hate.

I am glad it appears to have made quite few people happy or okay with ending due to EC, these forums have many such people who said as much who never liked the original but as Bioware said they are never going to please everyone.

Just finished and I actually liked the old ending now (And I hated it it before). The new one just gives more of what many fans were saying the disliked about the ending. At least with the old one there was room for Lots of Speculation. Oh well, Halo 4 here I come!
