Someone else posted earlier - mouse over the release date and it will tell you exactly when it unlocks.

In Ireland and the 'Shop for Add-Ons' tab is completely blank in US or GB English. Honestly could this be more fail, come back BSN all is forgiven!

If it is released in 10 mins time, sounds a bit silly to me, as now theres God knows how many people world wide that will simultaneously download a nearly 2GB file at the same time...

PSN doesnt update until late afternoon in edt - usually around 5-6pm; sorry
