I think we might just get our hopes down, Origin support and service is terrible here on Brazil, even by Origin standards.

Well, when the game was first released the download option was enabled only 20min after the US.

Yeah, but I remember the Demo taking about an hour or so to show up in Origin after the scheduled time. Still, it's funny how trivial DLC's like Resurgence and Rebellion were released earlier and smothier than EC or the Demo.
