Ferral Wolf Charm, Help of the Deep, Memory band, Amulet of the War Mage, Ebrims Many Pockets, Band of Fire. Is it too late to ever get these?

Helm of the Deep, Amulet of the War mage, and Embri's Many Pockets are all easy to get. Play Dragon Age Journeys with your DAO account. Set the difficulty to easy and breeze through it. It has become very easy after they nerfed it.
I don't know what to do about the preorder stuff. Perhaps there's some secret way to get a hold of it, but officially I think the answer is that you can't

The majority of them were more loyalty rewards for pre-ordering certain shops, so no. There's no way of getting them.
That said, I wouldn't mind them being dumped in random chests in a patch at some point a few months from now. Just so long as they aren't stuck straight in your inventory.
