Any MP DLC is completely waste of money. MP killed Mass Effect Universe. They could release SP DLC that took place after the endings, but they are not going too. A DLC that takes place after ending is the only one I would buy.Baldrick67 wrote...
Any SP DLC is pointless and a waste of money.
It will only give a bit of xp, a few weapons or suit of armor. It won't add to or change the horrible endings they served up.

How about 1 decently sized expansion - simply put: Mass Effect 3.5
- Some sort of reunion scene
- Deeper insight into how the galaxy is fearing depending on your ending choice
Helping to rebuild
- It would be ****ing awesome as **** if harbinger somehow survived, after all he is the oldest of the reapers and the largest, not too mention his Reaper-Beam is ****ing hax. Correct me if im wrong but do we even see harbinger 'die' or make any more interaction with Shepard in the EC in regards to PRE-EC ending. After ME2 especially the arrival DLC i was expecting an actual showdown (It doesn't even need to be a boss fight, because that would be stupid) but bio-ware could try to use some creativity.
- Deeper insight into how the 'united galaxy' is actually faring now that the reaper threat is over, well they work together?

And I think it would be great if we had an expansion/DLC where the focus is Shepard's pre-service history, maybe then we can finally see Shepard's spacer-mom.

The one major weakness of ME3 as a game is the lack of interaction with your LI, but I don't imagine investors would support a "dating sim" DLC that fleshes out the romances better, especially the ME2 romances (who the game basically forgot about).
Retaking Omega doesn't make sense to me. Shepherd already has everything s/he could want from Aria. Retaking Omega would only waste valuable resources that are needed for the battle against the reapers. What could Aria possibly offer that would be worth that sacrifice?
I'm not an investor, and I don't want to see this stuff either. If people want to have romantic entanglements with cartoons, they should play the SIms. That's all they'll get there. That and buying cartoon furniture. This is just not healthy, and it's hard for some of us to watch people go through that in such a public way.

Personally I don't see all that much appeal in a "take back Omega" DLC, at least not if the goal is to side wtih Aria. While Omega is interesting in terms of the stories and characters of ME2, I don't see how it's that important strategically, and it seems like a thoroughly corrupt and unpleasant place.
Would I still prefer Aria be in charge of it rather than Cerberus? I suppose - a run-of-the-mill corrupt dictator with relatively limited ambitions is better than an indoctrinated megalomaniac who may well try to rule the entire galaxy if he succeeds in his plans and who will probably get everyone killed if he fails. But I don't see how it's in Shepard's or the Alliance's interest to commit resources to a battle over it, unless (a) the plan is to take control of it rather than reinstating Aria's regime; or (Cerberus is doing something particularly heinous or dangerous there.
What I'd like to see is some of the fetch quests expanded into actual missions - rescuing the Elcor soldiers or the Shadow Broker operatives, for example - and options to take ME2 squadmates on a mission or two even if they don't permanently join the Normandy.
My favorite post of the day. Always nice to run into a poster who sees it almost exactly as you do.

How about a DLC where that guy who spends the whole game wandering around the Normandy either (a) says something, (sits down and does some actual work, or © turns out to be an android under the control of the MechDog?
lol Hallway Guy DLC? I'm in.

Reunion DLC. As it is the game is dead for me because Shepard was treated like garbage. Shepard did nothing but sacrifice for others in 3 games so they decided Shepard needed to die or be left in a heap of crap for us to imagine what happens next. But oh happy day pick something else and we get to watch Shepard die. I know it won't happen, but I don't really want much else. I think anything else might be handled like the Arrival or From Ashes and be over quickly and then forgettable.
I emphasized a part ... Nothing more to say except: This was Shepard's heroic story. Yeah ... Heroic indeed.

I think they should take back the "no dlc after the ending" stance. I'm wondering if a dlc where Garrus is your main character dealing with Omega once you are able to do some space travel again or something of that nature could work. Something done in a way where they don't have to allude to what ending was picked (sans the new 4th ending). Synthesis may pose trickier with that whole dna rapeage/green eyes thing though. More just throwing out ideas.

Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut's Extended Cut DLC *if the rage is big enough it might happen XD*
now these are the 4 DLC im expecting.
1. The Battle for Omega DLC
Join Aria and her mercenaries fight against Cerberus and a new race of Reapers call Adjutants!
Aria as a temporary crew mate
Explore more about Aria's past and learn the secrets of her story.
It will include the Adjutants as a new faction for the MP as well as 2 new maps on Omega and 6 new characters and 3 new weapons.
2. The Siege of Illium *another obvious one*
Matriarch Aethyta is planning to re-take illium! Help her and her Asari Commandos undertake an epic battle in heavy Reaper infested territory.
It will include 6 new characters, 2 maps and 3 weapons for the MP.
3. The Reaper's Origins DLC
A weapon of mass destruction, said to have created the famous Rift Valley of planet Klendagon is on the hands of Cerberus. It's up to Shepard and his/her crew to sieze this weapons. Rumors have been running, that planet Klendagon not only holds the powerful weapons, but also information about the origin of the Reapers..
2 new maps for the multiplayer. new Reaper units and New Cerberus Units.
4. The Fall of Caleston.
The Reapers have attacked the famous lunar city of Caleston. It's up to Shepard to liberate it!
2 new maps, 6 new characters and 3 new weapons for the mp.
All of this DLC are highly possible...As there are 4 clusters that you cant enter in the Vanilla version. but have appeared in previous games.
1. The Omega Nebula
2. The Crescent Nebula
3. Hawking Eta Cluster
4. The Caleston Rift
im almost 100% sure this will be the single player DLC
Hell yeah! I want these! Especially the Aethyta one! Maybe she can show us how dirty she plays when fighting!

Just like Arrival sealed off ME2, I think this would be a nice farewell to ME3.

I DO NOT mean it CHANGES what we currently have. Simply adds to it. Doesn't replace anything...just add.
For example, if we really get a Reaper ally, we see this Reaper fight in scenes. And having such an ally opens up new dialogue with the Catalyst and perhaps allows for new decisions to make.

Take Back Omega (afterlife) there's only on rule "Make this .... DLC (lol)"
Extinction- Play as Javik as he's explaining to Shep (grunts old cabin) either 1; The final Hours of the Prothean Empire or 2: the story he told shep about what he had to do with his crew. This DLC would have to somehow get you back on ILos to sift through Prothean ruins in which you discover that Javik was meant to be "catylist" in his cycle and also giving you a tremendious GWA and; if you can rengade or pargon persuade him enough you could talk him into doing it for your cycle thus giving you a happy ending ( ok that part is a little out there lol)
