Connect to USA california VPN.
Run Origin.
Then "Purchase" the EC.
Disconnect from the VPN.
Disconnect from Origin.
Reconnect to Origin with your normal IP
Then start downloading.

Don't worry, russian has a lot of slang that's impossible to translate without losing some of the... flavor. 
And I too fail at it sometimes, after living here for many years
