Reconnect to Origin with your normal IP
Then start downloading.

FlyVPN never worked for me.

I have managed to connect (Los Angeles) and then VPN told me to **** off and closed by itself

I almost lost my account right now because someone used the info I put into Origin using a proxy to get my account.
Luckily, you cant change your E-mail in Origin, so I could retrieve it and put in the most secure password I have.
Lesson of the day: Be patient. D:

It doesn't show in the "Shop for add-ons" button, but the support gal did it so the Extended cut will start downloading! Awesome!
Everyone contact them and it will work.
Oh and FYI, it took me 2 tries before they fixed the problem, the first one didn't do anything, the second helped me.

The first one asked me to Delete game installers or some cr@p like that  , then update the game, then log off and log in, didn't work. The second one I just told her my problem, she put me on hold for a second, and a few moments later she told me she did something and I need to press on the Gear button and press reload my games, after that go to the I button on ME3, and the EC should be downloading below. You wont see it in "shop for add-ons".

Ask them to do the "shop for add-ons" thing themselves.
She told me that's how she fixed it.
