Same to me. Till he said "uninstall and reinstall plz..." to which i answered "i will watch it on youtube, thks..."

Ask them to do the "shop for add-ons" thing themselves.
She told me that's how she fixed it.

Im already downloading, but i used the flyvpn...

Said screw it and watched it on YouTube. Hardly something worth spending a lot of time figuring out how to install.

Didn't take a lot of time to go through with support.
10 minutes MAX even when the first 6 minutes were useless because of some guy that didn't know what he is doing.

The first one asked me to Delete game installers or some cr@p like that  , then update the game, then log off and log in, didn't work. The second one I just told her my problem, she put me on hold for a second, and a few moments later she told me she did something and I need to press on the Gear button and press reload my games, after that go to the I button on ME3, and the EC should be downloading below. You wont see it in "shop for add-ons".

Just contacted Origin Support. Followed all of those steps and I'm now downloading the DLC.

That's...
I guess I was just lucky.
Tell them to do the "shop for add-ons" thing themselves.
So when you press "reload my games" it will start downloading it.

From the comments tho it looks like it depends on luck...
FYI already on 99%, just a few more seconds for the EC.
