I would be against it. If they wanted a reunion than they would have added in at the end of ME3. They didn't, clearly they wanted the squad away from Shepard so they can use them for spin-offs. No little blue children for you!

why so evil??:crying:

man people are never happy. They have no notion of what a noble sacrifice is or the fact that Bioware WANTS this to be the end for the Shepard storyline.

i don't know about you guys, I want something fresh from this series. I want SP content to include the ability to be a Turian, or Asari, or Krogan, that is not just from Multiplayer.

Be happy your favorite characters (well, most of them) including your love interest (i think) lives to tell the tale of Shepard. We all knew this was going to be a hard fight, just let go guys.

I will actually pay for this. I mean it.
Although I can just do it in my head canon, but still, it could be really nice to see an actual reunion with your LI.

Post-ending DLC is the only DLC I will pay for. Be it a reunion DLC or otherwise. Doesn't matter as long as it's set after the ending. I realize it won't happen though since they would have to create a separate DLC for each ending choice.
But still, I'm just saying. Post-ending DLC is the only DLC I will pay for. Period

I guess people still want to hear more about Shepard. Can't blame them, was fun playing him.

Yes, even if I can imagine a reunion after the destroy ending, it would be great to play it.

Bioware's comments and the ending itself hints heavily at an LI reunion for the high ems destroy ending.  Sure they intended to have ME3 end Shepard's story, but that doesn't necessarily mean they intended to kill him off in every scenario.  That said a reunion DLC would be a horrible idea... it would likely sell very well, but many would view it in a far worse light than the day one dlc.

But "Reunion" DLC? It just smacks of the worst kind of fanservice. "Forget the story, I just want me my Shepard to have virtual sex with my his virtual mate."

I think you underestimate how far a ittle more attention to Shepard Lives would have gone

A three second wordless scene of Shepard walking tohis/her LI wouldhave had most such fans squeeing for joy and declare all is forgiven.  or interrupting the memorial scene even

What we did get is little more than what was in the original ending already.

Meh, just hassle the devs until they patch in like an additional "reunion slideshow" or something... They have 0.15GB left to work with (according to my download size anyway). :P

I'm sure they might listen eventually. xD

Yeah. That would have been enough. Or just a very short clip of your LI's hand reaching for the breathing shepard in the rubble and then fade to black. NOthing more, no words. Just that short clip.

Anything that induces "squees" from fans would probably make me want to vomit, TBH. This isn't Twilight. Self-insert masturbatory fantasy doesn't interest me in the slightest. I'd rather have a good story with a realistic resolution, not a saccharine happily-ever-after just because people don't like "downer" endings. Ugh. It would be like "Alien", but everybody is fine at the end of the movie, sitting around talking about that nasty Alien, with John Hurt showing off his scar from the chest-burster as they all laugh about how scary that was, and aren't they all glad those shenanigans are over with?:pinched:

Sorry but no downer endings aren't any more artistic and good than happily ever after. Both can be done horribly and both can be done well. "Dark and edgy" doesn't make something good. Doesn't even make it necessarily interesting.

In this case it wasn't done well IMO. At all.

I agree with that sentiment. But in order for a happy ending to flow naturally and not seem tacked on, it needs to feel like a natural progression. Shepard and waifu riding off into the sunset does not seem like a natural next page in this story. Shepard has sacrificed everything to get to this point, and suddenly she gets to live out her life in comfort with little blue babies or whatever? Talk about a thematic 180° turn. Shepard has already DIED trying to stop the Reapers once. How do we get from the theme of Shepard's endless string of sacrifices to suddenly winning the lottery? That only works if all you care about is your iWife, and not the overall continuity of the story's theme (which is, of course, botched anyway). But hey, if you're drowning and cheese, you might as well pour on more cheese...

Yeah, Shepard already died once in the story. Killing him/her off again was just cheap.

...and capping off an endless string of sacrifices with a Tali/Liara/Miranda sexathon isn't "cheap"?

Any of you who would buy it should be ashamed of yourselves.

By this point Bioware has proven to be a complete failure. They don't deserve another cent. They don't deserve another sale. The deserve to crumble and be forgotten.

I'd pay for it as well.

Edit: @tvman099 As true as that is, it'd be nice if ME3 can be redeemed with things that ppl have been asking for this whole time, such as a Reunion dlc.

But how long will Bioware continue the "free" trend? I think if we have any chance to see it at all we'd probably have to pay for it. :P
