My theory: it gets available for one user after another - means: as soon as one finishes his/her download, another player gets access to d/l it.

It's a quite decent solution - otherwise, everyone knows what happened to Diablo 3 ^^

That would be a solution if they actually decide to implement it... it seems that the servers are deciding who has the download available and who needs to poke his head to not die of boredom.

Had to use an american proxy to make the EC show up, and now I'm downloading it on my standard connection.
I suggest you people do the same.

Just look for a proxy list website that shows fairly reliable proxy servers, and keep trying.
(use the address and port in the internet connections, LAN, proxy options in Windows)
