Visibility range of Creatures and Models

I am working on an Area and there is a problem that a Creatures and a Models, placed in level editor, will disappear if the player goes too far from them.  Perception Range setting will effect in a visibility range of the creatures but even the highest range PercepRngLargeCreature is too short. Is there a way to reconfigure these ranges ? Or is there an area/level specific range multiplier of some sort ?

I found the perception range settings from ranges.xls and it will effect in distance from where they go in combat mode but it seems to have no effect in visibility range.

There is a scripting function SetObjectAlwaysVisible() but it seems to have no effect in visibility.
