I always choose synthesis before and after i like it even more so.
I might give reject now and then a chance, but i honestly dislike destroy and control.
So...which ending do you now prefer?

I really liked the one where I recommended Anderson for the seat on the council and then....oh wait, wrong game. ;-)
Seriously though, I've only actually seen the destroy ending and think it's good and fits my Shepard. He went out to destroy the Reapers no matter the cost and got the chance to do it, so he took it. From what I've heard while talking to the starkid, control would probably take 2nd place and I'll have to give reject a try soon to see how that goes. I don't like synthesis.

Destroy all the way. Sacrificing the Geth and EDI made me feel really bad but for that I have my headcanon, in which my Crucible is completely intact and therefore the beam only targets the Reapers. There.
Surprisingly I liked the Control option this time around. The narration was a nice touch and I liked the idea of becoming the guardian of the galaxy, but I still have to wonder how long GodShep will stay true to his/her morals before acquiring some warped logic ala Catalyst and having to be stopped all over again. So, I like it, but it's playing with fire for me.
Synthesis is still out of the question. "This can't be forced, but feel free to force it on everyone now". Really? "Now that we know it's possible, it's inevitable we'll achieve it"? Die in a fire, Starbrat. This makes me think of the Geth, who wanted to evolve but on their own terms. If synthesis is inevitable, than I'll let it occur naturally, thank you very much.
As for the refusal option, I really liked Shepard's speech. Felt like my Shep again. And even though it's basically a Critical Mission Failure, I love it. Liara's capsule was a nice touch, but this should have been in the game from the beginning. Elsewise why introduce it? Felt like a waste not to use it.
TL;DR: Destroy > Refusal > Control > Synthesis.

Still not the ending i wanted, but destroy is the most logical one, imo.

Originally I would only Destroy. Now I like Synthesis. There's something in it that rings of future possibility, and that's both terrifying and interesting. I was afraid in the beginning to choose synthesis because I feared that losing our 'humanity' would be losing who we are, not only what we are. In the memorial scene it's clear that the squaddies still remain who they are, at least in the ability to feel emotion.

Terrifying and interesting...that's a very apt way to put it. I agree with the limitless possibilities suggested, that's what I always thought Synthesis was about - an unknown future with an "ascended" civilization exploring new horizons unfathomable and terrifying to those who came before.RPGmom28 wrote...

I don't need to say Synthesis is my ending of choice even more than before, do I?

Destroy > Refuse > Indoctrination
Destroy is the most uplifting for those us trying to defeat the Reapers. Refuse is the most satisfying for the Shepard that existed for most of 3 games.

I still choose destroy.
While EDI's speech in the synthesis ending was nicely done and heartwarming the concept is still laughable and too dopey for me to ever choose.
It breaks suspension of disbelief for me, and for that reason I will never choose synthesis.
Control may be an option. But I don't now... I got the feeling that "shepard" was going somewhat insane there at the end. But I guess that is to be expected when you have that much power.
if it wasn't for the fact that reject still will end up with the next cycle using the crucible and making the RGB choice themselves then I would pick reject in a heartbeat

Synthesis. I loved EDI's speech, and being a cyborg is something I would very much enjoy.
Also... Turians with glowing, green eyes!

I typically play characters with a strong sense of ethics and morality. Thus, I wound up taking mostly paragon choices. And there is only one choice that is not completely monstrous: Control.
-To destroy all synthetic life makes Shepard only slightly less evil than the Reapers, especially after working so hard to bring peace between the Geth and Quarians, helping EDI to discover her 'humanity', and so forth. To declare them all as collateral damage seems excessive, but still far better than
--Synthesis-- Dear Lord, how could this ever be a good idea? Essentially you are killing every single living thing in the galaxy and replacing them with a cyborg look-alike. You might argue, "No, we are only changing the way life works, adjusting cellular structures and so forth to bring everyone together." Except that is not the problem. Organics and Synthetics don't fight because they are arguing about whether cells or steel is the best body type, they struggle because they fundamentally THINK differently. So in order to achieve peace, the child has to alter everyone's and everything's thoughts and beliefs to the same pattern. Tali, with her value of her people and pained but carefully optimistic view of the Geth is gone: Now there is a cyborg that thinks like the Geth do. EDI, having achieved some basic understanding of what it means to be an AI among humans is gone too. What is left is a hodgepodge synthesis that isn't really either, and couldn't fathom the problems that the previous EDI was working so hard to overcome. Indeed, somehow, the races are all so fundamentally changed that the Reapers are OK with them. This is using a machine to commit genocide/brainwashing on a galactic scale. I couldn't possibly justify this course of action... ever.
So... the only "good" option left is to dominate the reapers, and then fly them all into the nearest star. And let everyone else rebuild as they can.
