I see people talking about the EC being avaliable but I don't even see it on my DLC list. WTF?
I really hope it's not release per region.....

In my case the problem is more serious. When I click "Shop for addons", the window pops up, and it's empty. Like... completely empty.

I purchased the EC and it says I own the dlc but there is nothing on my add ons either

I'm having the same issue

Same issue. I'm stuck in a situation where my ME3 is not downloading the EC because it isn't on the "Add Ons" list but at the same time I can't purchase it again either to try and fix it because it shows that I have already done so.

EDIT: restarting Origin fixed it.

I have restarted Origin like 10 times already and nothing at all.

No DLC in Croatia either, or, at least, I can't see it.
