i have a felling the formatting is going to come out looking horrible:?
#1 The Normandy isn't shot at by the reaper in
london when it picks people up
This is
the same as #4
#3 In the synthesis ending, Joker still limps
Synthesis does not automatically mean he won’t limp
#16 And another thing, the Citadel doesn't crash
into Earth - you can see it still floating up in space, though very damaged
Why is this a plot hole?
#23 Harbinger
is blind.
This is
the same as #1
#25 The Catalyst's explanations for Control and
Synthesis boil down to "space magic". (It's good that there is an
option to get an explanation, though. +1 for that)
Not really
a plot hole, biotics, medi-gel, mass effect fields in general are space magic
with little/no explanation
#26 The Synthesis and Control slideshows explain
nothing, More space magic.
See above
#32 And even if they knew it became armed, why
flee then? For all they knew the crucible needed time to charge up and they
would have to cover it till it actually fired. Besides, what threat did it pose
to them if it did fire and they were nearby. I guess they might assume it might
damage their systems, but they had to know it would effect the entire galaxy
and running wouldn't change that
Anyone would run away from something like that. If a wolf was chasing you would you just
stand there and wait for it or would you try to run away even though there’s no
way you could?
#53 Why are there krogan nuclear families being
shown when krogan have babies in clutches of like a thousand? Why did that one
baby get picked over its brothers and sisters to be part of a picturesque,
anthropocentric family unit?
That is
not a plot hole, come on, it is a picture of two adults and a baby, is it
impossible for two adults and a baby to be next to each other? It could have
been the first baby born fron the newly fertile krogans or something, or mordin
wrex
#61 IF the Normandy can land next to the beam why
didnt they just fly there after destroying the AA rather then loose all there
troops in a head on assault over reaper territory
This is
used in like, 2 or 3 other reasons, like #63, #65
68. I didn't read through to see if it has been asked, but I was
wondering, how can the Normandy even fly again if EDI is dead during destroy
ending?
There was no EDI in ME1, doesn’t need an ai to pilot, that’s what joker
is for

this is not be supporting the Flawless (lol) storyline of the game, just suggesting removing these things so people do not focus on them and not the real plot holes

Nothing is keeping it in orbit so eventually it would have fallen back to Earth.

What was the point of creating a human looking reaper ? It can't be for tactical reasons.
Who destroyed/killed the Reaper found in Me2 ?

Did you add the plot hole where Starchild tells Shepard he is changed and a new solution is required and then completely ignores him when Shepard refuses and continues the cycle without thinking twice.

The real plothole is still where, though. Why doesn't he advance after he is landed?

Maybe it was brought up already, but Normandy still have intact Reapers Idendification Friend/Foe device. Maybe that's why Harbinger didn't noticed it.

I don't think the IFF matters as the collectors noticed the normandy right away through heavy debris.

The citadel and it's construction is even more confusing
The inability of the dem kid to change his solution now when he's done it in the past
The inability of the dem kid to make a ****ing power source

By choosing to reject the starchild and continue the cycle, the "Stargazers" would not be human. You only see their silhouettes, but they definitely look human.

1st one is obvious. A trophy perhaps, a way of showing humanity that they cannot win. I know I would be depressed seeing that.
2nd, it is explained that it is actually alive, and it is trapped a brown star. While the human reaper explanation is sketchy, this is just fact.
Seen from a classic Kasumi line: 'Trappd inside a LIVING reaper? Could be worse...don't know how...I guess it could be full of rats.'

If the organics in the Synthesis ending have the perfection of AIs and are linked to the Reapers, how come, according to the post credit talk, details have been lost to time?
Very Good point.

I think the zombies are way more effective than a giant flying metallic skeleton.

Reason why no one dies due to starvation etc...
The catalyst destroys the Reapers and their code.
EDI has active reaper code.
GETH have active reaper code.
This would imply all other AIs are not affected.
As for Shep being on the planet, only thing explaining it is the indoctrination theory.
Then how was the catalyst initiated? Maybe Anderson actually DID make it to the beam.
( mind you very conveniant for the place you land in, from the beam up, is so close to the catalyst controls.)
Just saying...
