Destroy ending destroys all synthetic life, then in Control it should work same way, i.e. EDI and Geth should be under control too. If not, then it's a BS, that only Reapers can't be deactivated by red beam.
In Synthesis ending armor also glows with this green poop. I mean does armor now have it's own dna or something? Looks stupid.

Shepard controls the Reapers OR Synthesis. What happens to the Indoctrination signal? I thought (based on ME2) that it was always on. Doesn't this mean that Reapers still indoctrinate people?
And if so, indoctrinate to what? Gardening? Knitting? Pijack hunting?

WHY DOES THE NORMANDY FALL OUT OF THE SKY?????
I'm pretty sure this whole list is made of space magic. Bioware did what they wanted and addressed the questions they wanted to. It's hard to end a story this epic without hurting someone's ideals or interpretations of it, yet this EC is a decent solution to the problems the original endings had. Bioware didn't want to change the ending--so they didn't-- deal with it!
I think they did a good job with what they had and have brought closure, for me at least, on the Mass Effect universe. Is it really that hard to have a bit of imagination? Or to try and interpret things a little differently then you imagined? Or even accept a simple answer to your questions? C'mon, think out of the box a little.
I love this series too, but being nit-picky like this isn't healthy. The series had to end and this is just a list of disgruntled viewpoints since it didn't end the way you wanted or interpreted it would.
No, it's not a well-thought-out part of the story. Nobody should have to stick themselves on stupid to swallow what they're being given. Demand more, or you'll keep getting junk like this - or worse. Pay for quality, not junk. Or you'll get junk.
It amazes me that anyone would ask me to be a less discerning consumer. Don't we all strive to become better? More educated? More logical? What, exactly, do we gain by giving the writers a free pass on this? We have nothing to lose by choosing only coherent products that deliver on what is advertised.

The Normandy probably wasn't shot down because the debris would have endangered Shepard.
