Your plot hole #2 didn't happen for me.

Ashley and Liara in ground squad. Liara the worse of the two injured as Ash helped her to the Normandy. Now I can see that plot hole happening if you had Garrus in your ground team since he's shown perfectly fine telling Joker they have to go though. I wondered if Garrus would be replaced if he was in the ground squad and say someone else told Joker it was time to go.

After the Normandy landed on the jungle plant I had Tali (the most injuried squadmate) hop out fully healed and healthy. There was a few more shot of here fully healed.

Okay, I see your point. Mine in the above example had Joker of course, then Garrus, then Muscleboy Vega. So with Ash being slightly injured and Liara moreso injured they weren't seen again until the wall scene which seems like some time passed so they could have been healed by then. But the time passing thing causes a problem when I saw the breath scene though. All the time it takes to repair things like the Normandy itself for example then Shep breathes after all that time? WTF?

Look I don't think the endings are amazing, they're a hell of an improvement but not mind blowing, but it's time to stop. It's done, let's all find something else to do now.

Go find ANY fictional story with no plot holes. I'll wait here.

May be the board isn't just KIA but might also be MIA? I know that's stretching things how the board was going so far to that point but that's the only logical thing I can think of there.

Oh but the new endings seem like time has passed during it like Hackett is speaking a while later. May be the Normandy crew had communications with others and got the news about Anderson?

I am grasping at straws btw.

You’ve got to hand it to Bioware, they actually managed to add more plot holes than they filled. Well done.

Isn't the Citadel rebuilt in all 3 endings? Wouldn't they find a body there?

Because it's not "so quickly" IMO? Other things around it makes it seem like some time has passed. How much? I don't know but it had to since the Normandy was still seen damaged then after the wall it's flies up in perfect from the showroom condition. But saying time passed screws up the "breath scene" though. Fill one hole and there's another, I know. lol

Lol, it is not about having plot holes.

It is the amount of plot holes!  I am sure you recognize this....

To me, the only significant plot hole is #29-> why do reapers need you to choose an alternative that will either kill them or turn them into puppets?

I don't know. I just played destroy. The control and synth options were never made for the way I play Shep. Good Shep, mean Shep, shades of gray Sheps... all have in common... "when it comes to reapers, peace is never an option." ;)

Love this post OP. +1 million

especially agree with "The Starchild asserts his solutions will no longer work. Upon player rejection of the Starchild's new solutions, he decides to continue with the old, failed solution." Bioware hates the idea of logic so they present us with the most illogical conclusions possible I guess

And the way that some of the plugs created new holes that were not there before.

But overall quality, the EC was better than the original which was complete crap. If the original release had the EC, I think BW wouldn't have had to deal with as bad publicity as they did. Still not great endings but they are not as bad as the originals.

Lol at NightAntilli. I don't think you realize you are making this thread's point. You know how many "dunno" and questions you have there.

If these were not plot holes, you would not have questions..... Simple logic!

Nonsense... Some things being open does not mean it's a plot hole. For the plot to fail there has to be an inconsistency in the relevant parts, not just random made up straw grasping questions. I quote from Wikipedia:

"While many stories have unanswered questions, unlikely events or chance occurrences, a plot hole is one that is essential to the story's outcome."

I am quite aware of the definition.  I am an English Major.  You quote in poor faith, why don't you put the whole definition in there from wikipedia....

A plot hole, or plothole, is a gap or inconsistency in a storyline that goes against the flow of logic established by the story's plot, or constitutes a blatant omission of relevant information regarding the plot. These include such things as unlikely behaviour or actions of characters, illogical or impossible events, events happening for no
apparent reason, or statements/events that contradict earlier events in the storyline.

I think those 43 on the OP qualify quite well....

Because it hurts some one's feelings in mamby-pamby land?

Truthfully, there is no reason to shut it down.

Mass Effect was my favorite science fiction series, and it has been ruined forever....

So I can't enjoy what they gave us, because it didn't unruin it...

This is fun, although sadly too easy.

Synthesis still doesn't make any sense. Why would they not build new synthetics eventually? Is EDI not in the body or split between the ship and the body, how does that even work? How does making people green stop them from fighting each other, did they also get lobotomized and have no feelings anymore? The science of turning all organics into whatever is ridiculous, especially in this context.

I don't know if this is new but the Prothean VI tells you that the crucible needs more energy and thus they want to use the citadel as a catalyst to fire it. Then you get to the ghost boy and he tells you that he is the catalyst. They didn't even know he exists how can he be the catalyst?
