Trying to change the tint on the Chasind Great Maul.

I duplicated the item in the toolset, set the tint from "none" to "blue" in the tint dropdown, checked it in, exported it to the my documents override folder, renamed the uti to match the existing, started the game, bought it from Gorim and, got the same old red maul.

What am I missing?
