First time running a 2H warrior(Templar/Champion/Spirit Warrior) through Awakenings and I found that the Spirit Warrior spec looks good. However, the -10 Stamina regen is crippling me. I currenty have all my stats pumped to Str, but with gear/fade bonuses my Wil is at 27. Thinking about respecing and pumping Wil to 30 and then just dumping everything in Str. Does this sound about right? Also, anyone have any gear recommendations? Surely, there is something better than the normal Origins gear for Warriors?

Do you have any of the dlc items? Truthfully bro, I use wade's heavy armor w/evon's, the regard of house dace ammy, andruil belt and go berserker for the extra stamia regen. With that I usually have no prob

Running with Wade's/Evon's, Helm of Honnleath, Spellward, andruil belt, lifegiver, key to the city, Chasind Great Maul. Tried Stormchaser mail set for a while as it looks superior but didn't seem as good to me. The problem I have with the whole Spirit Warrior is that using the CGM with Telekenetic weapons running seems to do about the same damage while Beyond the Veil is active. I'm very tempted to ditch it and go Templar/Champion/Berserker. I also was playing around with Berserker/Champion/Spirit Warrior(30 Wil rest Str) for a bit but running Berserk with Beyond the Veil, Indomitable, Precise Striking, and Rally seems to be a tad more than my stamina pool can sustain for more than 2 seconds.

Unless, anyone has some gear suggestions for Awakening or a different build advice I think i'm just going to ditch Spirit Warrior in favor of another build.

Beyond the Veil is massively OP when you have the 4th talent point. You get increased attack speed and movement speed as well as further increased spell resist. And the key point here is that this attack speed bonus can take you under the maximum attack speed modifier of 0.5, allowing you to use it with momentum on a DW warrior, or in your case stack it with haste or a swift salve.

If you can get 100+ Spellpower on your mage, then yes telekinetic weapons will let you basically ignore armour like BTV. But, then you lose the ability to use frost weapons or whichever one you prefer. Also you gain +dodge chances for physical attacks and the + spell resist remember, which would come very much in handy on a 2h build.

For Awakening you want to get the 2h version of Vigilance, you want to get the sentinel armour set, and swap the spellward out for the scout's medal. Templar is a completely useless spec, just get mana clash on your mage. You need Spell might for Storm of the century anyway, so its only one extra talent point for something that one hits most mages and takes a nice chunk off boss mages.

In summary: upgrade your gear, get spell might, stick with SW, Champion, Reaver/Berserker.

The + attack speed from SW alone is more useful than the entire Templar tree combined.

I know the DPS on a 2h warrior is lower than on a DW warrior, but I had to cope with momentum stam drain too, and could still finish 90% of fights without running out of stamina. Make careful use of second wind in extended fights, and you should be able to stop your sustainables dropping.
