I have had a number of run throughs for ME1 and decided recently to create a new type of Shepard for another one and carry that character through the other version.
After just about finishing, I got through Virmire and wanted to go back and save Captain Kirahe, since I goofed up and got him killed. Lo and behold, when I went back to load a old game save to run through Virmire again, I only had 2 game save points, both AFTER I had gotten through Virmire.
I checked my other "Careers", and saw they all had a full compliment of game save points. Is there a limit on the number of game saves you can have? Anyone encounter this and have any suggestions?

Yes, there is (on PC only I believe) - I forget how many it is exactly. You might be able to work around it by firing up some other careers and delete any save points you don't think you need. Or you could always move some of your careers somewhere else (assuming you are on PC)

I deleted a whole career and it seems I still am only getting two game saves. Is there an in game setting that prevents holding onto more than 2 game save points?
