Have the screenshot albums been disabeled no one seems to have any.  Thanks!

ah ok I have one. Is that all the screenshots we get to upload? Thought we had more than that.

Ya can create new albums, if that's what ya mean. In the bar up top of the site, click 'Albums', then look for a 'Create Album' button.

This error keeps showing up but my log in and password are right and I show logged in.

"A server error has occurred while attempting to access your online profile storage"

Any idea how to fix this?

nope...my current album has only one picture can it not have more than one? If I create a different album how do I manually take and upload pictures for it thanks!

Sounds like you've exceeded the file number limit of 100 files. I deleted my album and all screen shots because it killed my character updates. I might grab a select few and upload them manually later.
You can turn off auto upload of screenies in the Options under Online.
You can manually upload screenies by going to your character profile, not the online profile, selecting the screen shots tab and then selecting a screen shot and clicking on the Upload Selected screen shot button.

Yep, ignore it and try again. The server is just busy. Kind of like having a d/c in an online game.

hmm I should be no where close to having the file limit of 100 files odd. I only have one character...can we get a dev to comment on this?



How do I try again Susan...it connects automatically right so I just wait for it to reconnect? It seems to happen when I first start the game and then never again.

I've never had any success with just waiting - there may be some way to get it to keep trying to connect, but if so I don't know it. I just exit the game altogether and relaunch. It'll usually connect on the 2nd or 3rd try. Once I gave up after about 10 tries, waited for 15 minutes or so, tried again, and voila. I'm not a tech, don't know the reason, it just works that way for me.

As for the album and reaching your maximum number of files, they're not quite the same thing. That is, you may have no files (or only a few) in an album and still reach the maximum. If your game is set to upload screenshots automatically, and as well as your own it is taking storyline and achievement shots, it will hit 100 pretty quickly. I've turned off the automatically upload screenshots option. I choose what I want uploaded and do it manually. Check on your profile page under diagnostics, or on the screenshots tab ingame to see how many files the server has stored. Check in your character profile under 'manage screenshots' and 'manage character' and delete any files you don't want or that are obsolete to clear out space (if you've reached 100). If you haven't reached 100, then I don't know, sorry.

Edit: due to issues with the site, I'm waiting till it's fully operational (or reasonably so) before I try creating albums and so on.
