Just wanted to point this out when doing to control ending there is a bug where the image will freeze and overlay on the rest of the ending scene. Ive noticed this also in youtube videos, it doesnt occur at the same spot but it is the same problem.

For a while i thought i chose synthesis cause everything was green until it reached thesia and it corrected itself.

I chose the destroy ending and after Hackett starts talking, I intermittently got a black screen with just audio. Now its just stuck with the black screen with audio, no end credits the console is fine, I can bring up the dashboard but the game is stuck.

had that image freeze to, as well as display problems after reloading the citadel autosave, maybe thats why they said to start from Cerberus base cause loading a save from london/citadel isnt quite working.

I started from Cerberus base.

yeah i've had issues too, had to reload twice because my shepard wouldn't fire.
