Today I finally buy ME3...and start new game with my old person from Mass Effect 2, everything fine BUT why I have wrong face? Not mine like in Mass effect 2? How i can transfer my person from mass Effect 2 wtih my face like in Mass Effect 2?

You can't. For some of our faces, including mine, ME3 will not correctly import. You can try the lazarus project as it has worked for some.
