I hope this will help many angry people outside America.
I'm from Italy. At 19:00, local time, when the DLC was expected to appear, well, it didn't. At 19:15 it wasn't there yet. So, I had an idea: I opened Origin's settings and switched the language to English (US). Miraculously, it appeared! I "purchased" it, and then I ran up against another problem: it didn't show in my DLC list. So I switched again to Italian, and I saw EC starting its download.
Preposterous, isn't it? Origin client is crap, indeed.
Before shooting EA's people with an AT-12 Raider, I think this solution is worth trying. If it doesn't work, well, load your shotgun and go. (I'm kidding, of course.)
