Remember they were working on future DLC when they decided to put their focus on the EC.  So the fact that there are a few files indicating as such is not that hard to believe.  With file codes like this developers feel its easier just to hide them than to erase the data entirely from said files (and thats when it gets datamined).

Well being bitter isn't going to get us anywhere. Do you really expect them to give a damn about us with that aditude. Yeah, I know huge corporate company doesn't care much about the little guy, but wishing ill will on them certainly wont help the cause.

So the Lethiathan of Dis is a rogue Reaper? wonder why its stated by Balak on the Citadel that it aided the reaper forces by indoctrinating Batarians before the arrival of the full Reaper fleet.

I always wondered whether indoctrination is actually something the reapers control directly or just an involuntary side effect of the radiation bleed of their massive cores that they conveniently exploit...
It may actually be the second one: everyone in close proximity of a reaper for extended periods of time ends up indoctrinated, whether the reaper wants it or not, the reaper can only influence how fast said indoctrination occurs...
