I wonder how Bioware plan to continue Shepards story in Leviathan DLC if Shepard became a giant reaper himself. Would it include different gameplay? I mean Normandy captain's quarter might be little small for him now
This DLC would take place before the endings. Bioware made it very clear the Extended Cut is the only ending related DLC they planned to release.
If that DLC would take place before the ending then why would anyone wanna play it?
Or am i the only one who feels that way? I already have done the perfect ending anyway , why would i invest more time and do more missions to get same endings. All the ME2 DLC´s took place after the main story i think they should do the same with ME3
...that is not true. You could play all of the DLC before the end. Some of the DLC actually makes more sense before the suicide mission.
Right. Only two of Mass 2's DLC canalogically (spelling?) takes place after the SM: Shadow Broker and Arrival. And I'm not even 100% sure on LotSB lol.

Or the Leviathan can just give us the information we need to perfect the crucible to the point we can use the DESTROY option without killing the Geth and EDI
The main thing with this is that if they buff up the Destroy ending, they'll end up having to buff up the other endings as well. Killing the Geth and EDI was to balance out Destroy from being the most attractive option.
I'm in favor of SP DLC impacting the endings in small ways.
But a definitive ending is definitive. Saying anything that doesn't directly impact the ending choices is pointless is like saying prequels are pointless.
The only ending that needs a buff is refusal. Bioware has the perfect opportunity to give the fans one last thing they want with the endings, a reunion, with the Leviathan DLC. They don't even have to point it out either, just slip it in there without our knowledge and let us find it on our owns. It'd do great for their relationship with us.
Buffing up refusal to where the fleets defeat the Reapers conventionally would be narrative breaking. It's been pounded into our heads that the Reapers can't be defeated through conventional tactics.
I'll tell you what people REALLY want. A destroy ending that doesn't kill off the Geth/EDI and one that has an LI reuniion. THAT'S what people want. If they gave people that, hardly anyone would continue ****ing about the ending.
Going off-topic anyway.
I think the problem with giving us an ending, either through refusal or destroy, that lets us win without some sort of massive price would make the other options far less attractive. As it is right now I think all four choices are balanced quite well, everyone has their own opinion on which is best and why. And I think that's the point. I think far more people would pick an ending were we could defeat the Reapers without the Catalyst or destroy AND keep EDI and the Geth alive than would choose synthesis or control.
