I'm super jelly because my friends aunt is going to comic con with her own booth. I talked to her and I was lik "PLEASE, TAKE ME WITH YOU!!"

- A leviathan(the surviving creator
- THE Leviathan(The Reaper made out of the creators)

There is explicit talk aobut a traitor Reaper. Not Sure about LI, but if I can have Kasumi you can have whoever you want

And wasn't there a twitter from Chris Priestly confirming that they are doing a story line etc etc for Leviathan? I think there was a thread about it floating somewhere in the BSN some time ago ..

The "traitor reaper" is clearly speculation near the beginning of the mission-arc when it's made obvious what there is something _like_ Reaper controlling the miners, but before it has been found.

_After_ Shepard meets Leviathan we find out:

• Leviathan is the last survivor of the race of Leviathans
• The Leviathans created the Reapers (As synthetic versions of themselves, like our Androids) and the Catalyst.
• Harbinger is the first "true" Reaper (The first one filled with a race) and was filled with the Leviathan race.

There is no traitor Reaper and the Leviathan of Dis is not related to any of this.

Sounds to me like they are trying to keep that promise they made about making folkd want to kee their copy forever. Trying to open the back story a bit more which is what I was really hoping for in the first place.

It would make sense with Leviathan being just an alien. There is talk of ancient alien "down there".

Rogue Reaper could be unrelated, or they just thought it was a Reaper because of the indocrinaton - maybe Leviathan had the technology the Reapers used for indocrination and used it on the scientists. They were there po 10 years after all, ale I doubt Reaper indocrination would make them live as long, and then possibly return to their lives after it's been lifted.

EDIT:

I doubt it's gonna have anything to do with the species that created the Catalyst. That would mean Leviathan would know what the Catalyst is and that it is the Citadel.

Don't forget slow indocrination can make the subject last for years. Remember Saren that discover Sovereign about two decades before ME1.

They better not make this Leviathan an Rogue Reaper, otherwise Control ending goes out the window.

Even with this Leviathan, all you probably get is another additional 100 War Assets( regardless how much) , that you will never see in action, or fire off a single shot against the reapers. For this additional 100 war Assets I really can't justify spending money. I really don't know how anyone can?

IF we could dissect the Leviathan and found that we can finally use its weapons for an Conventional Victory, then yes I would buy this in a heart beat. But if its just a couple of war assets its really not worth the excitement.

For a deeper history into Harbinger would be awesome, but since you don't see Harbinger in ME3 except that last laser beam, whats really the big deal. Its not like Harbinger is the final showdown boss and you wanted to know more about this final boss.
