This can't be real, I hope it not, kinda ruins my head canon ending (though roughly based on the endings made). Well if it is real, it would be interesting to see.
If you actually read through it, it looks like it happens while fighting the reapers, not at the end.
From the files:
I'm glad Ann Bryson got out safely. I just hope we find Leviathan before the Reapers do.

Also, it sounds like you can kill it or work with it, but from the rest of the dialouge this things a villian, it's probably like mornith, she'll work for you but she's still evil as ****.

"I've been thinking about what we learned, Shepard. The thing is, I don't really care what the Reapers are or where they're from."

Now that EA feels that they have pacified their userbase, it is time to exploit them by selling content that was likely cut from the original game.
Just like From the Ashes.

I'm sold. The Leviathan of Dis and the Crypts of Klencory always caught my attention, I'd be stoked to see them in DLC format along with Omega.
I agree. This sounds like it's going to be awesome.

Would you rather this be like the promotional dlc's where they're never released to the public?

That's an odd line. 10 years of indoctrination wouldn't leave much of a mind to recover, so... slaves?
Would fit in with the Batarian side of things...

I thought about that one, too. But later on someone says that they're glad they help them return, or something like that. So maybe Leviathan's indocrination is different.

I feel incredibly happy!
I suggested a Leviathan of Dis DLC, treating it as a proto-Reaper or traitor (as seen in my thread) and it seems to be becoming a reality! Sure, it's not at all likely they read my idea and wanted it, but it makes me happy to think that I came up with an idea close to what seems to be coming.

Nothing tops off a brilliant Mass Effect day like leaked DLC dialogue that involves a ROGUE REAPER... Sounds ****ing awesome.xD

I agree what the hell is wrong with some of you people has bioware ever forced you to buy something if is real its optional and if you lack the will power not to buy it you blame them for trying to get your money oh go see a shrink.

Sounds like someone is a fan of Marvel Comics Celestials. you know the Golden Celestial rebelled against the rest and according to legend killed another Celestial. And was punished with eternal sleep and his power source cut off.
Everything comes from something.
That concept isn't an idea that Marvel pulled out of thin air either.
