That the ending was like the EC when it was first released. It's hard to wrap my head around the squadmate evac, especially after knowing what it was like before and how dire the situation really was. Maybe if I could someday purge the memory of the old ending from my head I could see past that.
Everything beyond that point was infinitely better. I cried. Being able to ask for clarification from the Crucible felt so much more like the reveal at the end of the first ME when you got to investigate Vigil. It was very satisfying.
There's not a whole lot to say, I think, outside of thank you. The ME series is what it deserves to be now. An epic masterpiece.
I was so worried that the medium as a real story-telling form, which only happened relatively recently, was waning in favor of more straight forward shooters and hack 'n slashers, but the EC reaffirmed.
You can count on me replaying ME3, and the series, again.
Thank you for delivering, Bioware. I only wish..
