 Ok so the Mass Relays are not destroyed, just badly damaged.

From what I saw they seemed VERY badly damaged. You know not something that could be fixed in a couple of weeks or even a few months. To fix all those relays with depleted resources mostly everyone dead, economy collapsed.

My question is this. If you pick the destroy ending. How will the Mass Relays get repaired before the Quarians and Turians run out of food and starve. Faster then light travel still takes too long to get their in time. 

There are no reapers you can use to repair the relays.

You need to have two realys working in order to use the Mass Relays. So you'd have to send ships to one relay at one end via standard FTL travel. By the time they got their and finished repairing the relay on the other end surely this would take too long and everyone still starves.

I'm writing this as an example of the plot holes that Bioware supposedly "fixed" with the new endings but really didn't They just painted over them and pretending like they never existed.
