Do you get a email from your ships computer or anything like that?

I would appreciate an answer to this too, I got a corrupted install message so I repaired the install. and have now replayed through from cronos station to the FOB in London, and I can't tell if anything is different.

First discernible difference is only at the "rush" part - if there are any changes to the Cronos mission or Earth before FOB, I have missed them.

I'd like to know of this aswell. I played trough the ending yesterday, and the EC didn't kick in. Really frustrating..

How do i even install the extended cut? Does it automatically update with origin? Becaue i can't find it here on the bw site..

You have to go to game addons, on your game library in Origin press the i icon on ME3 and then the shop for addons button by the ME3 title in the next screen.

If you have Origin enabled in-game, you'll see a "Downloadable Content" button in the main menu.

Otherwise you can access the DLC from origin as described by Eshaye above. Though right now I'm seeing a blank page whenever I try to get the DLC. Dunno why. Reminds me of Diablo 3 release day server issues...
