 For all these posts about the IT Theory, I just wanted to add at the end of refusual the voice of Harbinger can be heard. IGN thinks this might be a subtle hint at IT theory from the developers. 

As I've always said, if IT is so stupid then why doesn't Bioware just come out and deny it? They actually have the ability to confirm or deny this, but at every turn they have chosen not to....hmm.

Imo it really doesn't sound like Harbinger at all. It doesn't even sound like any other Reaper we've heard before.
