Everything works fine until the cinematic for the final push to the Citadel. It freezes at the same grenade toss each time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the extended cut, but it still freezes at the same point.

I get a freeze on London right after talking to Major Coats...

I got word from another member who had the same issue as me and now also this -

"I have the same issue but i started a new game and it keeps freezing on Mars when you drop down the ladder and see the tram going across to the Dig site"

Mine is freezing after the Bioware team message. Stuck on blackhole screen.

I have had problems after installing EC my game takes longer to load and cutsences sometimes freeze frame and start to play under the frozen picture. Just makes the whole game slow down.

I experienced a freeze the first time I started the final mission and now my Xbox decided it wanted to eat my Disc 1! When I powered down and went to restart the game I got the "Disc unreadable" warning. I now have a radial scratch on the surface of the disc. I was able to get through the end of the game to watch the extra content twice, but now the game is locking up randomly, most often in multiplayer. At least I can use Disc 2 for multiplayer, but I'm sure there are going to be more problems when I decide to play the single player again with another character.
