Bad news... they ****ed the Sniper hardcore on this one. I now have no reason to tote around semi-automatic rifles at all save the Black Widow. The Mantis will be missed. She was a hard worker and faithful to the end. Rest in peace ole' girl. You've fought well.
Thanks to the reduction in weight. The Black Widow will be more viable since that was the only reason I didn't use it as much as the Mantis. May also have to look at dusting off the Widow again. The TC duration is pretty cool though. It kind of forces me into a more mobile play.

been unlocked and we've introduced new powerful Rare Ammo types that will
drop when you've maxed out your kits.
what does that means? is that means if we got fully unlock character they will not appear anymore?

You're probably correct. They should have taken the 10% damage away from the Rank 4 Evo instead of the base damage, or maybe 10% from both base AND Rank 4, while only nerfing Rank 6 Snipers to 30%. That would have been better, I think.
Also I feel that 4 seconds is a bit too severe. Should have been 6 seconds base, 7.8 seconds at Rank 3, and 13.8 (about same max as before) with Rank 4 Duration at 100% instead of 150%.

As for the rest of the changes good. Just still not hot on the javelin, gun still has the issues of shield gating on gold. Saber though with the buffs is becoming my new favorite head shotting gun. My vorcha thanks you on the on weight reduction of the wraith.

Most very good players playing with friends on maps other than fbwgg will continue to win. Public gold games that are not fbwgg will fail more often and become more rare as a result.
Hardcore all day every day players will thus be largely unaffected while more casual players will have an experience that is less fun. Hopefully sniiper rifle 35% damage buffs will be coming soon.

The Tac cloak duration. Which needed to be decreased, to be honest, as someone who plays an infiltrator regularly. As there was little point in taking duration evolutions as going all out damage still gave us 8 seconds of cloak time anyway.
I'm still going all out sniper damage with my GI, so to the chaps who will inevitably complain "why u no revive?, Why u no cap objectives?" Well, you're going to have to get up off your arses now and do it yourselves, or give me a hand instead of hiding in cover while I run around doing the objectives for you.
The words the grass is always greener on the other side or careful what you wish for springs to mind. Especially with the level of complaining from non inflitrators which might be coming in the next couple of weeks.

I'm going for damage, and the rest of the team can fight among themselves as to whom is going to do the objectives. As I'm no longer doing it, and I'm not respecing characters because the rest of the team won't pull the stick out of its collective arse to sort itself out and find a way to do objectives without me doing it for them.
