Sometimes we hurt those that we love.

We complain, take for granted, push and scream... Never realizing the precious gift we are endangering with our selfish actions. We want more, we want it now, we bemoan our fates loudly and wring our hands and push.

We love you, David. We love your characters. We love the options and choices and angst and tears.

We complain because we are human and want more, not because we don't appreciate what you did.

Forgive us our failings, and surely we shall forgive you yours.

Anyway, i do have an observation. I have begun hearing Mr. Gaider's posts in my head being voiced by Steve Valentine as Alistair. It's that same sort of witty sarcasm mixed with underlying sensibility. Which wouldn't surprise me, I put a lot of myself into my PC's personality, why wouldn't he put a lot of himself into what amounts to the "main character besides you" in his game?

EDIT:  SEE!  case in point in the post above!

Pffft!  He is much more like Morrigan.
