After the last update and EA's server crash, my game was set back to it's default setting. The worst part was losing 500k credits in my multiplayer account. I wasted a little over three weeks with EA's customer service chat. The last chat ended with their floor supervisor all but giving me the finger. He suggested i post my problem in this forum; with the hope of it catching the eye of a developer. If anyone can help or at least point me in the right direction, it would be most appreciated.
EA's customer service chat punted me to the Forums

Keep talking to them. Make sure you get a case id for every conversation you have with their tech support, save it and the date, take screenshots of the chat window if you can. They seem to just be blowing people off, hoping that we'll stop bothering them.

Why they think fellow gamers can help you reclaim your lost credits is....well....insulting I think. It's an issue for official support to resolve (whether they like it or not). As Chimera suggests, keep hounding them.

Similar thing happened to me.
The weapon levels don't seem to be applying in MP when i buy from the store. They show in the Manifest on here, but not in game.
I contacted EA live support and they said it was a Microsoft issue. I spoke to Microsoft (Who by the way were immensely more helpful that EA live support) and they said it's not possible that it's their issue because they don't control in game consumables.
They gave me some free stuff for my trouble and suggested i keep at it with EA. Which i am and now they've escalated my case.
Just keep pestering them with a note added to your case with all the details you can provide about what's wrong and what you've tried..
Make sure to email them rather than use the live chat.
It's alot more effective.
Best of luck.

I just encountered the same thing. Since the Manifest was brought online, I have been able to view my Galaxy at War percentages without a problem, but have never been able to see any information for Leaderboards, Achievements or Multiplayer Manifest.
According to BSN - "We were unable to find any multiplayer data for this account. Need help?"
According to EA Chat - "I really apologize for the inconvenience you are facing. Your account seems good here and your in game details are save on online game server. After reviewing your request the situation seems to be more gameplay related rather than something we can resolve through technical troubleshooting or adjustments to your account details. Please try searching for answers through the games forums to see if other users have had similar trouble"

Check my post to see about my experience with the live chat and what I did to finally get my commendation pack: http://social.biowar.../index/12781561
IMO, the live chat is more effective because if you know what to ask for, you don't spend days waiting on email.
