I for one, liked the original endings. I played through each game exactly once before EC so all my decisions were made without knowing the consequences. I chose the control ending before EC and the reasoning I had for choosing the control ending turned out to be exactly what Bioware had put into EC. Which is why I didn't think they needed to make EC. Because I was perfectly happy with my reasoning behind my choice. The extra cut scenes were awesome though, because then you got to see exactly how everything went down. The only things I didn't like about the original endings were how your crew mates got onto the Normandy and how they ended up on that planet. And that is answered now. They couldn't have done a better job!

These forums need more possitivism.

I didn't like the original endings in that they didn't explain a lot of stuff. Now they do in acceptable manner, and the extra scenes are great.

And now I know that Shepard will have his reunion with Tali, and who knows, maybe get that house on Rannoch?

I label the EC DLC as Full Success.

I hated and despised the original endings. But each of these new endings makes me feel like I won EVEN the refusal option and what is so perfect was within these choices I can play each of my Shepards and countless new ones in the future.

I still wish there had been a sunshine and unicorn ending but I love what I got.

If however they do an ultimate edition a year from now they should include the deleted squad chatter with Jack et al from the priority earth mission and the extended convo with Anderson about being a parent. I wish that stuff had stayed in there. and I would buy another version of the game to get it into my Shepards files.
