So I have over 5,000 EMS, but when I installed the extended endings, and replayed from right before starting the London mission, I can't get all the ending options. It doesn't seem to be registering that my EMS has gone up since I first played due to galactic readiness. Anyone know why?

I believe you have to start from before the Cerberus base for it to recognize changes to readiness.
