I just finished to go through the EC with the four saves I had. These saves had very different ME1/2/3 playthroughs.
The only thing I can say, well done Bioware! These new endings are not perfect, there are still some plotholes and unanswered questions, but does not matter. Why, because instead of the original ones which gave me rage this new versions gave me closure. Good, emotional closure, so my journies with Shepards I played countless hours during the recent years are in full circle now.

Well done, Bioware.

Now please make an awesome action/rpg in the Mass Effect universe and everything will be forgiven :D

I agree completly, I have only finished it one time, but I was very satisfied, not perfect, but more than acceptable. I did not expect it to be this good, now they should release a new game, where you play Garrus, and I will throw my money at the screen.

It's good to see so many positive comments on BSN for once. I'm truly happy that the EC made so many go from "hating it" to "loving it". There may yet be hope for the fanbase after all!

My only real complaint about the Extended Cut is that it shouldn't have been needed in the first place.

This is the ending(s) that should have been in the game when it shipped.

Gives me faith that Bioware still can pull off a fantastic finale.

I loved the EC. I enjoyed the original endings, but I felt a tremendous amount of closure watching the end of the EC. Great job, guys. You gave me exactly what I wanted.

I loved it, so many touching moments. It's embarrassing how often I cried, really. Great job, Bioware!

In exactly the same position, had 3 playthroughs very different in choices from ME 1/2/3 and watched all 3. I loved these endings they all gave me a sense that our hope and paid off and we can finally have that brighter future (even with synthesis) each on put a smile on my face :)

Kudos for improving the endings, I never thought you could do it. The originals got an F grade from me, now they'll get a solid C (average, certain things still nonsensical, slides rather vague- I would have preferred more detailed slides like DA:O and New Vegas). I'm not going to complain too much about them though. To temper the mood here- EA still pulls the strings here, and don't forget it. I feel better about Bioware than I did a week ago, for instance, but still I won't preorder. I'll wait for fan reviews first.

Hell, I'm not satisfied at all, I keep spoiler free. but that DLC is not as nearly as it should've been.
better give MORE closure and much more knowledge about the end.

I imagine if the EC was actual ending when the game was first released in March, they would be far less people hating the ME3 :). Good job guys, you have redeemed yourself for now ;)

I cried and started dancing when the credits rolled.

Thank you so much Bioware.

These last 3 months have been emotionally troubling (I'm in love with the ME universe) and these new endings made me happy.

SERIOUSLY, THANK YOU

Wait, The week Priestly goes on vacation and leaves Merizan in charge, and BSN becomes all positive?

This ending cut is great, can't wait for more SP DLC.

Haven't played yet, since the download could only start at 1am at my location, so I watched the destroy ending on youtube. Now the game finally feels like its properly ended.

Joker's one line broke my heart, as did Liara's look close to the end of the scene did the same. Thanks Bioware.

Weird of course the Mods are WAY more strict then he was. Some people (reportedly and not confirmed) are getting banned for just speaking against it. Of course I am still waiting for mine.

No one's getting banned for speaking against it.

People -are- getting banned for insults and personal attacks, such as those who respond to any positivity with 'you're an idiot if you think this was any good'. Other people are being banned for saying 'you're an idiot if you think the EC was bad'.

There is no conspiracy theory, just a continued enforcement of the rules that have always been in place.

While not perfect, it was far more palatable then the original ending. This is what they should have done to begin with. Thank you Bioware team for at least setting things in a right direction.

I did two different playthroughs this night. The ending is still not perfect, but it's good enough to satisfy me, and it gave emotional release and closure. That's all I needed. Thanks Bioware - you came through.

Kudos to the people at Bioware for redeeming themselves with this EC ending to ME3. I didn't much like the original endings but I wasn't raging about it. They all felt too similar and the EC has fixed that and made them feel distinct and unique on what happens.

Personally, the best Destroy ending is what I felt was best because it was bittersweet and showed the realities of war. The Synthesis ending felt too happy and optimistic for me but is a good choice for paragon players that wanted that happy ending with everyone getting along.
