Thank you, Bioware. What you've done with the Extended Cut... Well, I'm glad to see that my faith in your games and your company was not misplaced.

While I know the EC won't be able to satisfy everybody, I believe that what you've provided is your best, honest attempt to address the issues that we've communicated to you. And for the most part, you've satisfied those issues, mine included. What's more, you could have charged for EC, but you didn't. As somebody who works in the IT industry myself, I know just how costly it must have been to put 3 months of development work to fix something that you could have just walked away from. It gladdens me to know that you care about our experiences enough to make the effort.
So again, thank you for listening to us, and for doing your best to keep us your happy, loyal fans. It is a gesture that is deeply appreciated. Might I suggest that you print out a list of messages such as this one and pass us around to everybody who worked on the EC? They deserve these congratulations for all the hard work they've done.
