I've had a recurring problem where I meet the individual or squad requirements for an operation, but I only get the victory pack and never the commendation pack. I spoke to the online tech a few months ago and was just told there was a known bug and it was being worked on, that I would eventually get the packs. Never got the ones I was due and after taking a break and coming back, haven't gotten the victory packs for the last 2 operations.

I do have the tracking feature enabled, downloaded my profile again, and everything else the tech suggested, but no dice. Wanted to contact them again, but now I can't find the online chat feature anymore.

Anyone else having this problem?

Bioware, are you guys going to fix this or what?

And to top that off, my victory pack gave me a disciple shotgun, which is not an N7 weapon.

The Commendation guarantees a N7 not the victory.

And I have the same problem here, received only the victory, what we need to do to receive that? I'm pretty sure I was participating in 4 squads who meets he requerements! Help over here plz, I'm still dreaming about Valiant! I only have one N7 Hurricane SMG I =\\

im having the same problem in which ive been talking to ea for 3 weeks about a past due one and now i did not recieve the savage one...even tho i got all the ones in between. heres my horror story post there too and hopefully we get this addressed. http://social.biowar.../index/12790620

I just realized that I have the commendation pack for Operation Goliath displaying in my registered content. It never showed in the in-game store and now it is expired. Online support said "Ask the devs." Can anyone help?

So last night, I managed to find the tech support chat link again and spoke to Vivek who told me that it takes a week for the results of "tournaments" to register and to check back in 48 hours and if I didn't have one then, they could manually add one. Which sounds like a blow off answer, because the last tech support person I spoke to online, Raoul, said that they could not manually add one.

Have a case id and screenshots of this conversation, in case I have to take it further with EA or BW.

What is in the Commendation and Victory Packs? Can I choose my unlocks?
The Commendation Pack and Victory Packs contain a number of upgrades and consumables for use in ME3 multiplayer. The Commendation Packs will contain one of the following guns at: N7 Crusader Shotgun, N7 Eagle Pistol, N7 Hurricane SMG, and N7 Valiant Sniper Rifle.  This unlock cannot be swapped or changed. 

I only comment about things I've checked =)

Update: After following up with someone on ea's tech support live chat, they were able to make some changes to my account and I received my commendation pack for this past operation. They were unable to do anything about the previous commendation packs I did not receive and are unable to determine if I will have this problem again in the future, citing a developer's issue that needs to be fixed on their end.

If I had not kept records of the people I had spoken to, case id's, and given them the information about the steps I had previously gone through with those people, I would not have been able to get the pack.

So, for anyone else having this problem:
1. Get the case id.
2. Keep a screenshot transcript of your conversation.
3. Follow up again, give them your info.
4. Do not wait, they can't do anything after 7 days.

Since this usually takes 2 days to get fixed and they can't manually add packs after 7 days, you should start doing this now if you didn't get your pack for Operation Broadside.
