Let me preface this by saying I know nothing about computers so I may be embarrassingly wrong about this but...

We all know that the EC is a much larger file that Lair of the Shadow Broker, other DLC, etc.  But it seems like these downloads had much more content compared to the Extended Cut.  Lot's of gameplay, new maps, movies.  But they were smaller files.  The EC is basically a few more movie scenes and a large slideshow.  But I've only watched them on You Tube, so I apologize if I'm missing something. 

The reason I'm asking is it occured to me there may be Easter Eggs throughout the game now, possibly additional stuff Bioware added for grins and giggles. 

Have any PC users looked into the files to see if there is hidden stuff yet?  

Educate me please...
